Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

2. Service description

BuyerEyes.ai provides automated CRO audits. After payment, AI-generated buyer personas evaluate the Client's publicly accessible website across multiple dimensions: visual design, copy effectiveness, trust signals, technical performance, and simulated purchase intent.

The evaluation uses the Semantic Similarity Rating (SSR) methodology, a research-calibrated scoring system based on 150 anchor statements with demonstrated correlation to human evaluations.

Each Report contains dimension-level scores, persona-level feedback, and actionable optimization recommendations.

AI DISCLAIMER

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate its analysis. Despite employing a research-grounded methodology (SSR, based on Maier et al., arXiv 2510.08338v3, with demonstrated human test-retest correlation of rho = 0.90), AI-generated analysis may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

Reports are advisory in nature. They do not constitute guarantees of conversion improvement, revenue increase, or any specific business outcome. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any individual finding in the Report.

The Client acknowledges and accepts that AI systems, by their nature, can produce incorrect outputs. The Client is solely responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to act on any recommendation in the Report.

3. No refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

The Service constitutes digital content that is delivered immediately upon processing. By purchasing the Service, you expressly consent to delivery beginning before the expiration of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Report has been delivered.

This is in accordance with Article 38(13) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta), which exempt digital content delivered with the consumer's prior express consent from the right of withdrawal.
